Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across multiple systems and platforms. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to suit different schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
- Verify and validate data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepancies
- Follow data entry procedures, guidelines, and confidentiality policies
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of data management systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working remotely in a distributed team
- Familiarity with CRM systems or database tools
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and security practices
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English preferred in the MENA region)
Work Schedule

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload independently
