Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data from various sources into databases or spreadsheets, ensuring precision and attention to detail to maintain data integrity.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting errors to uphold data accuracy standards.
  • Manage and maintain digital and physical records, organizing files efficiently for easy retrieval and ensuring confidentiality.
  • Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity in case of system failures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy; demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience or related administrative roles; prior remote work experience is desirable.
