Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Management

  • Accurately input, maintain, and update data across multiple systems and platforms.

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Develop and maintain organized databases, trackers, and filing systems.

  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Utilise and manage data tools and platforms efficiently (e.g., Excel, sharepoint, databases, HRIS, or equivalent systems).

  • Support the development and optimization of data workflows and processes

  • Support programme tracking, enrolment management, and compliance reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in data entry, data management, and data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / sharepoint (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation). Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail.

Experience working with databases, reporting tools, or data management systems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting data insights clearly.

Familiarity with HRIS, LMS, or similar enterprise platforms. Knowledge of basic programming or query languages (e.g., SQL, Python, or VBA). Prior experience in a corporate, HR, or L&D environment is a plus but not essential. Experience with process automation or workflow optimisation.
