Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data privacy assessments to identify gaps in compliance with regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and others.
- Develop and implement data privacy policies, procedures, and training programs tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- Manage and respond to data subject access requests (DSARs) ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Oversee data breach incident response, including investigation, notification, and remediation efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Holds relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, or similar data privacy certifications.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in data privacy, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Has experience across various industries such as Healthcare, Finance, Technology, or Retail.
