Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Data Protection Officer
- Ensure compliance with regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
- Implement data compliance and security policies.
- Raising awareness and supporting internal teams.
- Maintaining relations with the relevant authorities.
- Conducting compliance audits.
- Mapping of data processing.
- Analysis of risks related to data management.
- Collaboration with IT teams for cybersecurity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Postgraduate degree in law or legal studies.
- Mastery of the national legislative framework, in particular law n18-07 relating to the protection of personal data.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role or in regulatory compliance.
- Analytical skills, rigor and a sense of confidentiality.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
