Roles & Responsibilities

Description
The Data Quality Control Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and safeguarding enterprise data systems built on SAP (HANA/Datasphere). This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and performance across integrated platforms while maintaining security and compliance standards. The candidate will work closely with IT, business, and vendor teams to deliver stable and efficient data operations in a production environment.

Responsibility & Scope
• Deploy and configure SAP (HANA/Datasphere) and integrate it with other systems. 
• Manage daily operations, updates, backups, and recovery processes. 
• Monitor performance, optimize queries, indexing, and partitioning. 
•    Ensure data integrity during integration, migration, and error handling. 
• Implement security and compliance controls (RBAC, encryption, auditing). 
• Provide support to teams and users, maintain documentation, and coordinate with vendor

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Systems, or equivalent. 
• Experience with SAP databases (HANA/Datasphere) in a production environment.
• Proficiency in performance tuning, backup and recovery, and data security.
• Strong skills in log and execution plan analysis, communication, and documentation.
