Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods and data visualization tools to uncover meaningful insights from complex datasets.
  • Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to support research projects and ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business stakeholders, to define research questions and project scopes.
  • Design and execute experiments, A/B tests, and surveys to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of interventions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Proficient in statistical software packages such as R, Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), or SPSS.
  • Demonstrates experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present findings effectively.
