About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Data Science Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. In this early-career role, you will leverage Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Power BI to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 years of experience eager to develop their analytical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets using Python, Pandas, and NumPy Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions Document data workflows and ensure data quality and integrity Support ad hoc analysis requests and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field 0-1 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or a related role Proficiency in Python programming and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Internship or project experience in data science or analytics Familiarity with SQL and relational databases Basic understanding of statistical methods and machine learning concepts Knowledge of data visualization best practices Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
