Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and optimization of machine learning models, including recommendation and personalization systems.

  • Develop end-to-end analytics solutions, from data preprocessing to machine learning model deployment.

  • Build and optimize big data pipelines, ensuring scalability and efficiency in production environments.

  • Conduct data mining and implement advanced classifiers to enhance customer experiences and business performance.

  • Process and analyze large datasets using big data tools like Spark and Hive.

  • Process, cleanse, and validate data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

  • Extend existing data with third-party sources as needed for enriched analysis.

  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and present actionable insights clearly to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile


Position Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in analytics solutions, including data collection, preprocessing, model development, and deployment.

  • Proficient in machine learning techniques and algorithms (e.g., Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, Bagging & Boosting Models).

  • Strong understanding of feature scaling, dimensionality reduction, and data compression techniques.

  • Expertise in Python, PySpark, R, and libraries such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, TensorFlow.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in deploying scalable machine learning systems, with 4+ years in NLP or text analytics development.

  • Proficient in SQL, Hadoop, Spark, and data storage frameworks.

  • Skilled in designing and deploying auto big data pipelines for production environments.

  • Experienced in developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows for seamless data integration.

  • Expertise in building interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and other visualization tools.

  • Experience with agile methodologies, data-driven development, and reliable experimentation.

  • Knowledge of machine learning publications or contributions to open-source projects is a plus.
