Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, train and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to meet business needs.
- Analyze, structure and leverage large volumes of data to generate relevant insights.
- Design and industrialize data and model pipelines (MLOps).
- Participate in defining the data strategy and AI/ML use cases.
- Collaborating closely with Data Engineering, Product and Business teams to transform functional needs into technical solutions.
- Monitor model performance and propose continuous improvements.
- Document the work carried out and ensure the methodological quality of the analyses.

Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, AI or similar discipline.
- Solid mastery of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and advanced statistics techniques.
- Good level in Python and main frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).
- Knowledge of cloud architectures (GCP, AWS or Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker).
- Demonstrated ability to manipulate, clean and transform complex datasets.
- Ability to visualize and communicate results to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mind, rigor, autonomy and a sense of teamwork.
- Experience on concrete AI projects (NLP, Computer Vision, time series) is an asset.
