Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Role

  • Client Engagements: Liaise with the client and support Analytics project execution of select projects with innovative solution using data Analytics.
    Analytics Use Case Ideation & Implementation:
  • Ideate and develop new analytics use cases and projects for clients.
  • Implementation and execution of analytics projects from conception to completion.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improving analytics processes and methodologies.
  • Analyze and interpret loyalty data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Expertise

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (Dataiku, SAS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage with clients and understand their business requirements.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions.

/u> Sol Analytics is seeking a Data Scientist to join our team of growing professionals. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5-7 years of core experience in Data Science, including Operational Analytics (Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management), managing loyalty programs. Minimum of 3 years in the Manufacturing/Retail Industry is preferred.

Need to have experience in working on Dataiku, certifications in Dataiku is required.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and ideate new analytics use cases and projects for our clients.
  • Develop Models and deploy in the production environment.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Analytics practice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Data Science and AI or related field.
  • Post Graduate degree in Computer Science will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, and data governance is a plus.
