Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Data Governance and Quality

  • Establish and maintain validation and consistency rules for the data.

  • Document and update the data repository.

  • Functional Support and User Assistance

  • Support users in utilizing the applications within your scope.

  • Handle and prioritize support, access, and change requests.

  • Assist in managing access rights and user profiles.

  • Managing Enhancements

  • Gather business requirements and write functional specifications.

  • Prioritize and qualify requests in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Validate technical deliverables and coordinate deployment phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
Master s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Solid understanding of data governance and quality challenges.
  • Strong proficiency in functional support.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to write functional specifications.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • Service-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a team spirit.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking.
  • Leadership.
