Role Overview

• Lead the design and development of data integration solutions using the Talend Big Data Platform
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing
• Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and distributed data platforms
• Design and implement batch and real-time data pipelines
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the data engineering team
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data architecture, performance optimization, and data governance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and performance issues

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / ETL Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Talend Big Data Platform
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Hive, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience working with data warehouses and large-scale data processing
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on enterprise data platforms or large-scale data environments
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with data orchestration and scheduling tools
• Ability to work in client-facing and cross-functional environments
