Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Implement digitalization and automation solutions for data collection and performance reporting Technology.
  • Collect, organize, centralize and analyze data from different Network Elements.
  • Ensure data integrity.
  • Control data quality.
  • Produce simulations, reports and statistical analyses to facilitate decision-making.
  • Respond to various reporting/analysis requests while respecting confidentiality constraints.
  • Follow up with internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of the various Dashboards.
  • Establish Daily, Monthly and Annual reports on all important counters and KPIs.
  • Perform any script, universe and other application programming tasks that may be assigned.
  • Profile
  • Minimum 1 year in the field of network performance, Reporting, Core Network, RAN, Transmission,..)
  • BAC + 5 Telecom, IT
  • Must have knowledge of the telephony/data network.
  • Must have analytical skills.
  • Must have a mastery of at least one reporting / Dashboarding tool: Tableau Software / BusinessObjects / PowerBI / Qlikview.
  • Must have good proficiency in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Have a mastery of the SharePoint infrastructure.
  • Must have a good command of the language: Arabic, French and English
