Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As an integral part of our sales leadership, you will support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve team targets and organizational goals
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and monitor sales forecasts and budgets
- Mentor, coach, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance and achieve individual quotas
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and partners in the hospitality and tourism sector
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide performance feedback to team members
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer information in the CRM system
- Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership abilities
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, particularly in the Sharm El-Sheikh region
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Sales certification is preferred but not required
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
