Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an integral part of our sales leadership, you will support the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals in the hospitality and tourism industry.

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve team targets and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create and monitor sales forecasts and budgets
  • Mentor, coach, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance and achieve individual quotas
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and partners in the hospitality and tourism sector
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide performance feedback to team members
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer information in the CRM system
  • Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the hospitality and tourism industry
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, particularly in the Sharm El-Sheikh region
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Sales certification is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
