Job Purpose
Operate and oversee packaging equipment s (Finpak-Sleeve, Sleeve mat, Labeler & Cardboard) for juice and milk products, ensuring finished goods meet quality, safety, and packaging specifications while maintaining smooth line and material flow.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and adjust packaging equipment (Finpak-Sleeve, Sleeve mat, Labeler, Cardboard packer, shrink machine and Tetra Pak DE)
• Ensure correct packaging materials (Quantity and Type) are used according to production orders
• Inspect packaging and FG for defects, print clarity, and correct coding/expiry dates
• Perform machine changeovers for different product SKUs daily, weekly and monthly care
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues when necessary
• Maintain high hygiene standards in the packaging area in line with HACCP and GMP requirements
• Keep accurate records of production output, rejects, and downtime
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical/electrical/production
• 3 4 years experience as a packaging operator in FMCG/beverage/dairy industries
• Understanding of automated packaging systems and safety procedures
• Ability to work in shifts and under high production demands with multi-cultural team
