Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Dean / Academic Director , you are responsible for the academic vision, the pedagogical quality and the institutional influence of the Business & Engineering School.
Your role is to structure and manage the academic project of the campus in close collaboration with the general management.
Steering the academic strategy
-
To define and deploy the school's medium-term (3-5 years) academic strategy
-
To position the institution as a leading Business & Engineering School in Francophone Africa
-
Ensuring the alignment of educational offerings with market needs and employability challenges
-
Contributing to the academic transformation towards an international Business School model
Academic excellence, research and accreditations
-
Managing international accreditation processes: AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA
-
Ensuring compliance with national and international academic standards
-
Structuring an ambitious faculty policy (academic recruitment, publications, scientific output)
-
To develop an active culture of scientific and applied research
-
Strengthening pedagogical quality and academic innovation
Academic management and campus governance
-
Supervise the teaching and administrative teams on campus
-
Supervise, in collaboration with the academic management, the program managers
-
To establish a culture of academic excellence and team empowerment
-
To lead the organizational transformations necessary for the development of the school
Academic and international influence

To develop and foster structuring international academic partnerships

Promoting academic mobility for teachers and students
-
Contributing to the establishment of dual degree programs with recognized institutions

Representing the school within international academic networks
Contribution to institutional development

Contribute to the strategic positioning and attractiveness of the school

Participating in the development of business relations and the employability of graduates

To contribute influence and expertise to initiatives such as Executive Education, in conjunction with dedicated teams

Participate in the management of academic resources and the overall performance of the campus
Desired Candidate Profile
You hold a doctorate (PhD) in management, economics, finance or a related discipline and have proven academic experience in a Business School or a recognized higher education institution.
br>Comp tences techniques
-
Experience as a dean, academic director or academic manager in a Business School.

Solid understanding of international accreditation processes (AACSB, EQUIS or AMBA).

Experience in leading academic and multidisciplinary teams.
-
Academic track record including scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals .

Experience in the private sector or strong interaction with the business world.
-
International academic or institutional experience is appreciated.
Human skills

Strategic vision and ability to carry out an ambitious academic project.

Academic leadership and ability to unite teams around a transformation.

Strong institutional and academic credibility.

Ability to operate in a demanding international environment.

Meaning of development and institutional influence.
Languages

Fluent French.

Professional English is essential.

Arabic is an asset in the Moroccan context.
