Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic and strategic leadership for aviation programs
- Ensure compliance with aviation authorities, accreditation bodies, and Ministry of Higher Education requirements
- Oversee curriculum development aligned with international aviation standards
- Lead and mentor academic faculty and technical instructors
- Support institutional growth, quality assurance, and industry partnerships
Qualifications & Experience
Doctorate (PhD) in one of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering (Aviation / Aircraft Systems)
- Electrical Engineering (Aircraft / Avionics)
- Aircraft Engineering or related aviation engineering field
Minimum 10 15 years of experience in aviation, engineering education, or aircraft-related industry
Proven experience in academic leadership, senior management, or training governance
Strong understanding of aircraft systems, aviation safety standards, and regulatory frameworks
Experience working with aviation authorities or accredited aviation institutions is highly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
