Roles & Responsibilities

Collection Coordination

Monitor overdue accounts and initiate follow-up communication with clients.

Log collection efforts and maintain call/email history for each customer.

Coordinate with Sales, Service Delivery, and Finance to resolve disputes.

Ensure payment commitments are documented and tracked.

Reporting & Tracking

Update receivables dashboard with current status of overdue and collected amounts.

Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports.

Reconcile customer payments against outstanding invoices.

Highlight potential default risks to management promptly.

Process Adherence & Support

Follow internal credit control policies and collection protocols.

Maintain complete documentation of follow-ups, correspondence, and escalations.

Support internal and external audits related to AR and collections.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Receivables, Billing, and Treasury teams for unified cash flow visibility.

Escalate chronic delays to Legal or Management for appropriate action.

Support process improvement and automation of collection dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

2 4 years in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable roles in ICT or service industries.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with ERP or CRM tracking tools.

Good organizational skills and persistence.

Strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
