Supervise and coordinate all offshore deepwater operations, including drilling, completions, interventions, and/or well testing as applicable to the project.

• Ensure operations are executed in accordance with approved well programs, procedures, and deepwater-specific risk controls.
• Act as the primary offshore focal point between the operator, rig management, and service companies for deepwater activities.
• Oversee the deployment, operation, and retrieval of deepwater equipment, including risers, subsea systems, pressure control equipment, and associated interfaces.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, conducting toolbox talks, risk assessments, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Monitor well conditions and subsea parameters, responding effectively to abnormal or emergency situations.
• Minimise non-productive time (NPT) through proactive planning, coordination, and decision-making.
• Verify equipment certification, pressure ratings, and compliance with deepwater operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate operational data capture and reporting.
• Prepare daily operational reports and end-of-job summaries.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to offshore personnel.
