Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1-Coordinate daily delivery schedules and assign routes to drivers.
2-Monitor deliveries to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
3-Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery status.
4-Resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints efficiently.
5-Verify orders, quantities, and delivery addresses before dispatch.
6-Track drivers performance.
7-Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
8-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly delivery reports.
9-Support continuous improvement of delivery and logistics processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Bachelor s degree or diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
-Proven experience in delivery coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Proficient in MS Excel and logistics software.
-Good knowledge of local areas and addresses.
