Delivery Director - Commercial Office Qiddiya Investment Company

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of commercial office projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, construction, engineering, and procurement teams to develop and execute effective delivery plans.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including contractors, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, reporting, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Implement best practices in project management, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and quality regulations.
• Provide senior management with timely and accurate project status updates, highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies.
• Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives within projects to support Qiddiya s vision of creating a world-class community.

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in delivering commercial office or similar large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
