Roles & Responsibilities

As the Delivery Director at Adree, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects and programs, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You will lead delivery teams, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery strategies with business goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic leadership to delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Managing and optimizing delivery processes for efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with senior management and clients to define delivery objectives, scope, and resource requirements.
  • Overseeing risk management, issue resolution, and change management across delivery initiatives.
  • Establishing and maintaining governance structures, including reporting and metrics tracking for delivery performance.
  • Driving talent development and capacity planning to build high-performing delivery teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, budget controls, and delivery timelines.
  • Championing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the delivery organization.
  • Representing Adree in client engagements to foster strong relationships and business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery management, with proven leadership of large, complex projects or programs.
  • Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience in risk management, financial oversight, and contractual compliance.
  • Solid understanding of technology solutions and delivery landscapes.
  • Proficiency with delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
