Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
- Manage and organize delivery routes efficiently, using GPS and navigation tools to minimize delays and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle regularly, reporting any mechanical issues to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Load and unload packages with care, ensuring items are handled properly to prevent damage during transit.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of road safety regulations and delivery protocols.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience driving delivery vehicles or vans.
- 2+ years of experience in a delivery or logistics role, demonstrating a proven track record of reliability and efficiency.
- Familiarity with local geography and ability to navigate using GPS systems and maps effectively.
