Roles & Responsibilities
Detailed responsibilities:
Loading check (mandatory before departure) :
- Always check the load before departure:
- Quantities
- References
- Product condition
- Compare with:
- Delivery note
- Customer order
- Refuse any non-compliant load
- Report any anomalies immediately
- Confirm loading before exiting
- Upon validation and release from the depot, the delivery person becomes fully responsible for the goods.
Order delivery:
- Respect the delivery route and order
- Deliver to customers on time
- Check with the client:
- Quantity delivered
- Condition of the merchandise
- Obtain the signature on the delivery note
- Maintain a professional demeanor
Liability for the goods:
- Assume full responsibility for the products from the moment they leave the warehouse.
- Ensure the protection of goods
- Avoid breakage and losses
- Never leave merchandise unattended
- Responsible for any loss, breakage or shortage
