Driving a transport vehicle to deliver goods to and from warehouses, branches and customers locally.

Responsible for driving the car according to the driving and traffic laws.

Responsible for the safety of all contents of the truck, including goods and documents, until its delivery to the required location.

It is fully responsible for maintaining the car's safety and its hygiene by planning well the waiting and the rest areas.

Coordination with the receiving authorities to prepare the download area and the labor forces for that.

Coordination with the direct manager in receiving any new converted campaigns.

Immediately report any accident during the flight.

Responsible for monitoring periodic maintenance, curative and preventive maintenance, oil change, and fuel supply.

Immediately report faults.

Following up on licenses and their validity.

Road monitoring and compliance with traffic laws.

Periodical maintenance of the vehicle in the company s service center or any accredited service center

Parking the vehicle in the dedicated area after the working hours end of day check up to avoid any failure

Verify all documents related to the vehicle advise the supervisor before the expiry of any document.

Attending at the docking area morning time as per the instruction and according to the Load schedule

Staying next to the vehicle during Goods loading and provide help if needed.

Reconcile the physically loaded goods with all supporting Documents: Delivery Note, Invoices and RFD

Ensure availability of supporting docs before leaving the docking area.

Distribution of Orders according to the plan.

Respect the customer regulation and follow the que to deliver the goods

Deals with customer in a respectful way

Stay near the vehicle during unloading and provide helping hand if needed

To deliver the goods to the customer mentioned in the documents, it is not allowed at any circumstances to deliver to another customer

To obtain the proof of delivery on all supporting Documents.

Coordinates with the direct supervisor if needed

To bring back all supporting documents and hand it to the supervisor or leave in the dedicated box, no document must be left with the customer or with other colleagues except the customer s own copy.

Collecting Market Return and delivering them to the Company s Warehouse

To be flexible to serve the business and the customer in the best way

To immediately contact and advise the direct supervisor if facing urgent issues or matter.
