Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Role:

Sales Support

Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities for Dell IT hardware products.

Support product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.

Collaborate with senior pre-sales engineers and Dell vendor teams to develop sales strategies.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Understand client requirements and assist in mapping them to Dell technical solutions.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical input on Dell servers, storage, backup solutions, and virtualization software (VMware, Nutanix, KVM).

Stay updated with Dell product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Collaboration & Development:

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.

Learn from senior team members to enhance technical knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in computer science, business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Additional Certifications is a plus.

Experience:

3 4 years of pre-sales or technical sales support experience (Dell, HPE, or other IT experience is acceptable).

Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of the following hardware products:

Dell and HPE servers.

Dell and HPE storage products.

Dell and HPE backup solutions.

VMWare, Nutanix and KVM virtualization software.
