Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain rolling forecasts based on sales history, market trends, and commercial insights.
  • Prepare and execute production plans aligned with demand, safety stock levels, and available capacity.
  • Lead the S&OP cycle to ensure synchronization between demand and supply.
  • Improve forecast accuracy and bias, ensuring data integrity.
  • Optimize inventory levels and reduce slow-moving or excess stock.
  • Monitor planned vs. actual production, enhancing efficiency and utilization.
  • Manage inventory across GCC distributors and coordinate purchase orders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Production teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 8 years of experience in demand and production planning, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle).
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI preferred).
Solid understanding of S&OP, MRP, and inventory management principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Team player with strong analytical and organizational skills.
