Roles & Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Strategy and Planning
Develop the demand generation strategy aligned with company growth targets.
Define lead generation goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Identify target audiences and create buyer personas across territories.
2. Lead Qualification and SDR Management
Build, own and manage the Sales Development (SDR) or Lead Qualification team.
Build qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP) to ensure lead quality before handover.
Monitor follow-up workflows and handoff to the sales team.
3. Lead Acquisition and Tools
Manage lead generation tools and platforms.
Oversee data acquisition, contact enrichment, and CRM hygiene.
4. Campaign Management
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, webinars, content syndication, etc.) to generate leads.
Align campaigns to local market dynamics and behavior per country/region.
5. Analytics and Optimization
Track lead funnel metrics from MQL to SQL to opportunity.
Analyze conversion data and continuously improve campaign performance.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Regional Managers.
Align messaging with product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
