Demand Management Manager FH

Ensure the deployment and management of the demand management function according to the standards of the Safran One framework.

To manage the consistency and adherence of PIC PDP and to guarantee its reliability

Manage, monitor and optimize the availability of necessary parts to ensure on-time delivery

Manage the demand management team

Anticipate and ensure the technical feasibility of programs before the end customer needs them (within a 6-week timeframe).

Anticipate component shortages and coordinate with the Procurement/Ordering teams and customer teams (customer communication) to secure new programs

Send acknowledgments of receipt and confirm the scheduled delivery dates

To act as the interface between the client and the schedulers for urgent requests and client disruptions

Ensure that the products are available on the scheduled dates.

Coordinate between the various stakeholders in case of delivery delays and ensure that all components requested by the customer are delivered on time

Coordinate shipments at the best cost with the import/export flow manager in compliance with agreements with the client (inform of product availability if INCOTERM = EXWORKS)

Ensure follow-up of the delivery until the products are received by the customer (if INCOTERM EXWORKS)

Managing performance indicators related to the scope of demand management; "Demand Reliability and Stability"

Create the PIC and its monthly review (as needed by the UO)

Leading continuous improvement projects for demand management processes and tools, proposing optimization ideas and contributing to the implementation of new initiatives
