Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts for architectural paints across retail, project business, and distributor channels.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to integrate market intelligence, promotions, and lifecycle changes into forecasts.
• Lead the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) demand review process to ensure alignment between demand and supply.
• Leverage SAP and MS Excel to create accurate statistical forecasts and monitor forecast performance.
• Track and report key demand KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Proactively address forecast variances, managing risks and seizing opportunities.
• Collaborate with Production to align manufacturing plans with market needs.
• Support Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Contribute to successful product launches by accurately reflecting demand in the system.
• Maintain accurate master data for planning purposes.
• Recommend continuous improvements to forecasting processes and tools.
