Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to incorporate promotions, campaigns, and seasonality
  • Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to align demand with manufacturing capacity
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstock situations
  • Participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
  • Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes
  • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making
