Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs
- Collaborate closely with Sales to incorporate promotions, campaigns, and seasonality
- Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to align demand with manufacturing capacity
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock outs or overstock situations
- Participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
- Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve planning processes
- Generate reports and insights to support decision-making
