Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse historical sales data and market trends to create precise demand forecasts.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align forecasts with business plans.

  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies to avoid stock outs or over stock.

  • Support seasonal and promotional planning.

  • Track key forecast metrics and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

1 2 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain, preferably in retail.

Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with forecasting tools is a plus.

Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
