Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Accurately follow recipes and production sheets.

* Prepare ingredients, including measuring, mixing, and portioning.

* Assist in baking and decorating pastries, breads, and other bakery items.

* Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation guidelines.

* Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the Chef de Partie or Head Baker.

* Operate and maintain bakery equipment.

* Follow all safety procedures.

* Assist with other tasks as directed by the Chef de Partie or Head Baker.
