Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and setup of daily buffet items in line with hotel standards
- Ensure all dishes are prepared, displayed, and replenished according to set menus
- Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet and kitchen workstations
- Support peers in daily kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in stock control and minimize food waste
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-year prior experience in a hotel is a must
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and buffet service
- Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
