Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and supervise demolition activities as per approved method statements.
Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and work schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely project execution. Manage manpower, equipment, and resources effectively.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals for demolition works.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of site activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field ✔ 3–5 years of experience in demolition/construction projects in Abu Dhabi ✔ DMT Registered Engineer – Mandatory ✔ Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi regulations and approval processes ✔ Good communication and coordination skills ✔ Ability to manage site operations independently
