Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures by ensuring all necessary instruments are prepared and sterile, allowing for a seamless workflow.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Manage patient records meticulously, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental health.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental assisting enhances employability.
Current CPR and First Aid certification/ skills to ensure patient safety in emergency situations.
At least 4 years of experience in a dental office setting, showcasing familiarity with office procedures and patient care.
