Roles & Responsibilities
Dental Commercial
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an existing client portfolio (BtoB).
- Prospect for new clients by phone, email or videoconference.
- Advise clients on plastic products and solutions.
- Establish quotes, follow up on orders and ensure the smooth running of sales.
- Collaborate with the technical and production department to meet customer needs.
- Monitor commercial indicators and write regular reports.
Skills:
- Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, CRM).
- Knowledge of plastic products an asset.
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Commercial or technical training (Bac+2 minimum).
- Experience in the industrial or plastics sector desired.
- Excellent mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Rigor, organization and sense of customer service.
