Main missions

• Manage phone calls to ensure proper follow-up.
• Prospecting for new clients online;
• Contacting customers by phone and email, listening to customers in order to offer an appropriate service (Supporting the sales force);
• Receiving, conducting demonstrations and presentations to new clients (service offer, vehicle characteristics,);
• Drafting commercial offers and sending documentation adapted to the client's request (quote, contract, payment);
• Follow up on and respond to calls for tenders;
• Follow and apply the procedures put in place by the hierarchy;
• Drafting correspondence and ensuring communication with clients;
• Process the payments.
• Track and update receivables.
• To recover outstanding debts from clients.
• Perform reporting according to the frequency determined and the support communicated by the hierarchy.
• Ensure that the objectives set are met;
• Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to relevant standards.

Missions secondair/ue :

• Participate in the development of the demand business strategy;
• To travel as needed to clients/prospects in order to provide operational support;
• Participate in the delivery and return of vehicles;
• Carry out the vehicle check and establish the repair order;
