Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform specialized dental procedures such as advanced oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, or prosthodontics (depending on specialization).
- Diagnose and treat complex dental issues, including malocclusions, periodontal disease, and oral cancer.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients needs and conditions.
- Consult with general dentists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest dental technologies and specialized treatments.
- Educate patients on advanced oral care and provide guidance for long-term dental health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other dental specialists and staff.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Dentistry (BDS/DDS or equivalent).
- Valid dental license to practice in the Philippines (PRC-registered).
- Proven experience as a dental specialist in your area of expertise.
- Advanced skills in diagnosing and treating complex dental conditions.
- Ability to perform preventive, restorative, and basic surgical dental procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and guide patients.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international dental team.
- Knowledge of the latest dental techniques, dental treatments, technologies, and best practices.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up to date with industry standards.
- Attention to detail and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new environment abroad.
