Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations to assess patients' oral health and diagnose conditions accurately.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring alignment with patients' needs and expectations.
  • Administer local anesthesia and perform various dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and root canals with precision.
  • Utilize advanced imaging technologies, such as digital X-rays, to enhance diagnostic capabilities and improve treatment outcomes.
  • Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene practices, fostering a proactive approach to dental health.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to maintain an efficient workflow and ensure quality patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies through continuous education and professional development.
  • Manage patient records meticulously, ensuring compliance with health regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Address patient concerns and anxieties with compassion and professionalism, creating a reassuring environment.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote oral health awareness and increase accessibility to dental care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Speciality In Cosmetic Dentistry or Surgical Dentistry is Preferable .
  • Valid dental license to practice in the respective region, demonstrating compliance with local regulations.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting, showcasing proficiency in a variety of dental procedures.
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry or orthodontics is a significant advantage for diverse patient care.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred for diverse patient interactions.
  • Technical skills in using dental software and tools, including digital imaging and practice management systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
