Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary We are seeking a distinguished Department Chair Medical Oncology to lead a comprehensive oncology service in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will drive strategic development, clinical excellence, and multidisciplinary cancer care initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership to the Medical Oncology department.
- Oversee chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy programs.
- Chair multidisciplinary tumor board meetings.
- Develop clinical pathways and quality assurance programs.
- Lead research initiatives and academic collaborations.
- Mentor and supervise oncology consultants and physicians.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in Medical Oncology.
- International Board Certification (Tier 1 preferred).
- Significant Consultant-level and leadership experience.
- DOH license or eligibility.
- Strong academic and program development background.

Desired Candidate Profile
