Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct project controls activities across multiple clusters, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project control plans, including scope management, cost management, schedule management, and risk management for all clusters.
- Lead the preparation and review of project budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, providing insightful recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor project performance against established baselines, identifying trends and potential issues that impact project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field to establish a strong foundation.
- Hold relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to project management best practices.
- Bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project controls within the construction or infrastructure industry.
