Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the entire FSE Department.
2. Drive new business development and revenue growth.
3. Develop and implement departmental strategies and KPIs.
4. Manage commercial kitchen projects from design to execution.
5. Oversee sales, after-sales service, maintenance, and project teams.
6. Build and develop a high-performing team.
7. Manage departmental budget, profitability, and operational performance.
8. Strengthen relationships with key clients, consultants,contractors, and suppliers.
9. Review tenders, BOQs, quotations, and project proposals.
10. Report directly to senior management on departmental performance and growth initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred )
• 15+ years of GCC experience in Commercial Kitchen / Food Service Equipment industry
• Proven experience in managing an entire FSE department
