Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates to deliver sales targets.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members to foster their growth and development.
  • Create a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high-performance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the store team regarding promotions, new products, and any relevant updates.

Merchandising and Visual Display:

  • Oversee the visual merchandising deck, ensuring that displays are attractive, well-organized, and comply with brand standards.
  • Participate in loading, unloading, and pushing the team for faster replenishment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the team to ensure sufficient stock levels and appropriate product assortment.
  • Implement effective merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and drive sales.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Maintain the department's overall operational efficiency, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and cashier operations.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Requires minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the [Industry] industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.
