Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the UAE subsidiary, ensuring efficiency and compliance;
• Lead the sales team to achieve business growth and performance targets;
• Manage warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth inventory and delivery processes;
• Supervise finance and administrative functions, and coordinate communication with headquarters;
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and local authorities;
• Analyze operational data and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency;
• Support strategic planning and market expansion initiatives in the Middle East region.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or sales management; UAE experience preferred;
• Strong leadership, sales management and team management skills;
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure;
• Familiarity with UAE business practices and regulations.
