Roles & Responsibilities
Sales management.
- Increase sales in the department.
- Achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Monitor the department's performance indicators.
- Implement promotional activities.
- Ensure the attractiveness of the department (merchandising).
- Ensure the proper presentation of the products.
Inventory management
- Monitor stock levels.
- Place the supply orders.
- to avoid stock shortages.
- Participate in periodic inventories.
- Control discrepancies and losses.
Team management
- Supervise the sales staff in the department.
- To distribute the daily tasks.
- Check attendance and punctuality.
- Train new employees.
- Motivate the team to achieve the objectives.
Relation client
- Welcoming and advising customers.
- G rer les r clamations simples.
- Guarantee the quality of customer service.
- Loyalty to the customer.
Compliance with procedures
- Follow management's instructions.
- Respect hygiene and safety rules.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Baccalaureate level, Bac+3 level in Business/Management.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or distribution.
- First experience in supervision desired.
- Good presentation.
- Hourly availability.
- Candidates residing near the municipality of Ch raga will be given preference, in order to facilitate mobility, punctuality and operational availability.
