Roles & Responsibilities

Deployment Pilot


The mission is divided into two main areas:

  • Operational activities (20% of the time):
    • Management of references and performance indicators in dedicated tools.
    • Analysis and restructuring of documentary data.
    • Carrying out urgent or complex documentation-related tasks.
  • Expertise activity (80% of the time):
    • Technical support for users and project managers.
    • Identifying training needs and supporting teams.
    • Participation in the evolution of processes and information systems.
    • Animation and presentation of methodological and tool developments.
    • Change management support for the teams involved.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position

Soft skills: (strong interaction with clients/users)

  • Rigour and a sense of organisation.
  • Excellent communication skills (relational and written).
  • Diplomacy and adaptability in an international context.
  • Team spirit and ability to help each other.
  • Managing priorities and complex situations.

Technical skills:

  • Mastery of documentation tools (nomenclature management, specifications, assembly graphs).
  • Knowledge of documentary processes (specification rules, assembly management, project milestones).
  • Experience in training and coaching on documentary methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze the technical impacts (developments, product definitions).
  • Use of third-party tools: SIGNE, OneVIEW, OneTCS, OneTD, OneDico, BOMC, PLM-D, Excel.
