Following up all CME and telecom project action (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, TR, RAN and datacenter tasks), including site maintenance.

Following up site construction, civil works on daily basis with subcontractors.

Studding all tower types erection (Tower, Mast Tower, Poles, etc.) which will be implemented by subcontractors or Asia cell teams.

Participating in analyzing existing towers to check their status and load capacity.

Conducting of quality checking by having visits to the sites and conducting construction material tests and comparing the results with the standards.

Rechecking subcontractor invoices with the as built drawing and actual BOQs as a part of payment process.

Reporting the issues related to site construction to the supervisor on daily basis, in addition reporting all the defects to subcontractors for fixing it.

Prepare and modify the related site layouts and civil work construction details.

Improving the quality of site work s by presenting site construction drawing in detail and amending it according to Asia cell specifications.

Participating in preparing and modifying Asia cell technical specification for site construction.

Participating in new item pricing and updating Asia cell site construction prices.

Participating in evaluating subcontractor performance.

Coordination with other department (Acquisition team, RF, TR, Security) for new sites or expansion.

Checking sites before warranty period came to end and monitoring defects till it be fixing.

Preparing the required documents (building site instructions, site acceptance certificate) for all sites payment (green filed, Roof Top, MBTS, etc)

Tracking the site construction progress sheet for all actions in the ongoing sites.
